Pedestrians with disabled vehicle near park entrance

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded near the entrance of Great Plains State Park to reports of pedestrians and a vehicle experiencing mechanical trouble by the railroad tracks. The situation does not appear to involve a crash.
