Intoxicated man causes disturbance at Village Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible disorderly person at an apartment in a complex on Bridge Street in Mont Clare. A reportedly intoxicated male had gone to the management office and then back to his apartment. No weapon was reported.
