Cooking spill sets off smoke alarm in Monmouth home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a home near Rocky Point Drive in Monmouth for a reported smoke alarm at the back of the building. The alarm was later canceled after the residents reported that cooking had accidentally set off the alarm and confirmed that everything was okay.
