Man faints and falls, suffers head injury at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call in Midway for a 57-year-old man who apparently fainted, fell from a retaining wall while working on a vehicle, and may have suffered a head injury. The caller briefly lost contact before the man was heard speaking again.
