Loose dogs in roadway near Seneca Ridge Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two loose dogs running in the roadway near Seneca Ridge Drive across from Bernard Street. One dog is described as a black pit bull and the other as a brown lab with a white stripe. The caller reportedly has one of the dogs contained, and both appear friendly and are wearing collars without identification.
