Burnt popcorn triggers fire alarm on Roy Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a fire alarm at a building near Roy Street and Silver Spring. The alarm was later reported to be caused by burnt popcorn on an upper floor. Another unit was dispatched to a separate medical call for back pain near Willow Street.
