Disabled vehicle reported then gone on arrival

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a stopped white vehicle at the intersection of Hendricks Road and Center Street, which was later reported gone on arrival. They were also dispatched to a store on Lakeshore Boulevard for a report of a dog left inside a vehicle in the parking lot.
