Unresponsive patient revived with Narcan on West Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for a person found down near West Ave in Medina. Law enforcement and fire units arrived, administered two doses of Narcan, and the patient was reported to be breathing with a strong pulse and beginning to regain consciousness.
