Previously banned person returns to property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that someone who was previously banned from a property may have returned to a residence south of McGregor. The person was apparently recorded on camera and is believed to have already left. Deputies are meeting with the reporting party and a neighbor, and the homeowner is requesting a tow truck.
