Elderly woman falls, reports severe hip pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders attended to a possible 99-year-old woman who fell and has severe hip pain near Walnut Street. Pain management and advanced life support were requested for treatment. Vital signs were noted as systolic 136 and heart rate 102.
