Family disturbance and reckless driving reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible family disturbance near Rankin Circle in Martinsburg. A white Jeep truck with a specific West Virginia license plate was reportedly swerving and crossing the yellow line before turning from Apple Harvest Drive onto Foxcroft Avenue.
