Hit-and-run by speeding truck on Highway 19

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were notified of a possible hit-and-run involving a black pickup truck reportedly speeding and driving recklessly northbound on Highway 19 toward Ladonia. The vehicle was last described as a low rider with several occupants and no rear plate.
