Officer takes unattended dog from closed shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an animal complaint near Huntington Avenue at a unit in a nearby lot. They found a slow, friendly dog outside a closed shop with no owner or caller on scene and ultimately took custody of the dog.
