Vehicle briefly fails to stop near Clifty Falls

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies followed a vehicle that initially failed to stop near Clifty Falls State Park on Clifty Drive in Madison, Indiana. The red Chevrolet Suburban with an Indiana Masonic plate was later stopped.
