As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked near Dakota Avenue North in Maddock. The caller described a newer Toyota Avalon with a tire propped up blocking its license plate at a residence where officers have previously responded. The vehicle was reported to be out of place for that location.
