Woman with severe chest pain and shallow breathing at IL-14

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near the 900 block of State Highway 14 in Macedonia for an adult woman experiencing severe chest pain and breathing difficulty. The patient was reported to be conscious but weak and showing signs of respiratory distress.
