Driver reportedly tried to run another car off road

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded near Luverne for a reported road rage incident on County Road 4 east of 100th Avenue. A driver in a yellow Jeep Wrangler with South Dakota plates was followed into town and appeared to pull into an apartment complex, where deputies planned to speak with the driver.
