Cars racing and nearly hitting traffic on I-25

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible road rage incident on northbound I-25 near Crossroads Boulevard involving a black Camaro and a Porsche that were reportedly racing at very high speeds and nearly hitting other vehicles.
