Caller told to leave building before line dropped

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apparent unknown problem near the 300 block of Pheasant Run in Louisville after a call with a background voice saying someone could not be there disconnected. Location information suggested the caller was on the south side of a building.
