As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious black SUV repeatedly parking and returning on Lone Rock Street near Ridgeview Commons with people inside. The vehicle later left toward Highway 80 and County C, and the caller obtained a partial license plate and said they would call again if it comes back.
