Breakwater drifts toward swim beach at Highline Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews responded by boat and barge at Highline Lake State Park for a breakwater that apparently broke loose and began drifting toward the swim beach. Additional personnel were requested to help manage the situation on the water.
