Lincoln Park cart. A retail fraud that just occurred at 1-119 Fort Street. Called in by the alarm company, the only thing they had was the description of a black male wearing a black coat or the black book bag that concealed unknown items in it, unknown weapons, these on foot. No direction trouble. Come. Rescue's clear. One hospital. Thanks, service. Please. Copy.
