Young child found in street, dispute with parents

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible autistic preschool‑age boy lying in the street near Oakland Parkway and Cole Street in Lima. The caller says she brought the child back to his parents, and an apparent dispute then occurred between the caller and the parents.
