Report of semi truck tire and brake fire on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement units were advised to watch for a white semi truck with a white trailer after a caller at a truck stop near Liberal reported that one tire and the brakes had been on fire. The driver reportedly removed the tire and then continued eastbound on the highway.
