Erratic driver follows vehicle near Memorial Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an erratic driver in a white vehicle reportedly following another vehicle near Memorial Bridge, flashing high beams and not passing when the other driver tried to slow down. The reporting driver later indicated they were no longer being followed, and the other vehicle appeared to continue onto a nearby highway.
