As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to check the area near South Glenwood and Southland Woods by Route 12 in Ledyard after a caller reported a man in a colored shirt and socks walking around homes, sitting on a lawn, and saying he did not live in the neighborhood before walking toward Route 12.

Can you get a PC for the area of South Glenwood and Route 12? A resident in the neighborhood called and seen a white male in a colored shirt with socks on the front of the house walking around the neighborhood and at houses and sitting into his lawn.
