Reckless driving complaint on Highway 132

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible reckless driver in a silver Kia with a black Utah plate traveling west on Highway 132 toward Lynndyl after passing through Leamington. The caller, driving a red semi, stated the vehicle nearly caused a head-on collision and was willing to sign a complaint. Information was relayed to officers in the Richfield area.
