Smoke near Union Street caused by vehicle burnout

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent near Union and Laurel Streets for a reported large amount of smoke. A follow-up call indicated the smoke apparently came from someone doing a burnout, and the responding squad was cleared.
