Man with atrial fibrillation has shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance crews were dispatched to a location on 147th Avenue Southeast near Lake Lillian for a reported medical emergency involving a 53-year-old man with shortness of breath and possible atrial fibrillation. Additional personnel were requested to assist.
