Vehicle leaves scene; one person taken to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible traffic incident involving a vehicle whose driver continued northbound without stopping. One patient was transported to a nearby (number withheld) hospital from the area of Plaza Way in Kennewick.
