complaint in the area of 1899 South of 1889, 1899, Krosasar Schmidt and Mara. We've gotten multiple callers on this saying that a neighbor, Mark, has been riding his ATV around intoxicated, driving through people's yards, damaging their properties. He lives at 1943 South Huron Road should be out there right now, but it's separated from the other neighbors.
