As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were advised of a civil family dispute reported near 5th Ave NW in Dodge County. A caller reported a prior argument involving a former partner and others and said they are now hearing screaming from the residence. The caller said they are trying to get the children out of the home where the father lives and that there is no custody agreement in place.
