Man assaulted with rib injuries at Simmons and Palm

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and EMS responded to the intersection of Simmons and Palm for a reported assault. A 24-year-old man appeared to have rib injuries and multiple bruises, and was being evaluated for possible breathing difficulties.
