Disorderly conduct at community resource center

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports possible disorderly conduct involving a patient at the Leola Dorsey Community Resource Center near Guilford Road in Jessup. The patient initially refused to fully enter or exit a transport vehicle but later got inside, and the caller then requested to cancel the call.
