Dog left in parked vehicle near store entrance

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dog left inside a black SUV parked near the entrance of a food market liquor store. The vehicle was reportedly not running, the front windows were only slightly open, and the caller said the dog had been inside for about 8 to 10 minutes and was panting.
