Water leak sets off apartment fire alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a fire alarm at a two-story apartment complex near Third Street and Morris Avenue. The alarm was apparently caused by a water leak on an upper floor that affected a first-floor detector, and no active fire was found.
