Person linked to domestic incident seen at parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to check on a woman who may be involved in a separate domestic incident. She was last seen walking in the parking lot near a business on Winchester Avenue and appeared to show no signs of distress. Information was passed on to law enforcement units.
