Teen female having seizure for over an hour in Hyrum

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded in Hyrum to a possible medical emergency involving a 17-year-old female who was reportedly seizing for about an hour while conscious and breathing in the back seat of a truck parked in a residential driveway on the north side of a house.
