Man making threats outside home on Dale Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a reported disturbance involving a man outside a residence on Dale Road. He was allegedly making threats, is known to carry a pocket knife though none was seen, and was refusing to leave while on foot with no vehicle.
