Complaint about loud chainsaw noise near Church Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to speak with a caller near Division Street about a reported chainsaw operating near Church Street and causing a nuisance. The caller later reported the noise had stopped and no longer requested contact with officers.
