Loose cows reported near water department

As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent traffic hazard was reported near the Westfall Valley Water Department in Holliday, Texas, after multiple cows were seen loose in the area. The animals reportedly moved behind a nearby area shortly after being spotted.
