Baby choking but now crying and breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a baby appeared to be choking near Kings Rd, later reported crying and breathing. Emergency medical services and police responded to the scene. The infant had recently been in the neonatal intensive care unit and the mother indicated something might be stuck in the throat.
