As discussed during the dispatch call, a vehicle reportedly broke down near the Hayden intersection along Highway 80 in Hindman, Kentucky. The driver indicated the engine may have locked up and requested a tow truck. The vehicle was moved off the roadway in a construction zone near a bank.
