Man with COPD struggles to breathe in Hiddenite

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a medical call near Highway 90 East by Temple Road and Wall Lane for a 65-year-old man who was conscious but having difficulty breathing and was not fully alert, with a history of COPD and emphysema.
