Cars hydroplane and hit median near expressway

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible multi-vehicle crash where cars hydroplaned and struck the median near the Westview Expressway by Victoria Street. All involved vehicles appear to remain drivable and exited at Victoria.
