Child suffers severe arm cut from chop saw near Irish Settlement Rd (Heuvelton area)

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched near Irish Settlement Rd in the Heuvelton area for an 8-year-old male with a severe arm laceration. Units reported the injury was caused by a chop saw and was cut to the bone behind the wrist. A landing zone was requested at Ogdensburg Airport for medical transport.
