Tow truck unable to move truck and trailer

As discussed during the dispatch call, a tow truck was reportedly unable to remove a vehicle and trailer near Imperial Blvd in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The roadway was temporarily closed and later reopened to one-way traffic as officials directed vehicles through the area.
