Suspicious parked sports car with man inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible suspicious vehicle parked near the 200 block of East Lisa Street in Hebbronville. A caller reported a blue two-door sports car that had been parked there with a man sitting inside, but was unsure how long it had been there.
