Matthew Allen, who owns a lot next door, threatening to cut her power lines. Spoke currently in RP's driveway, arrived in a teal Mazda truck with a cardboard or plex glass back window with duct tape. No weapon seen. Unknown in talks, RP heard in the past that he has a 30-30 rifle. Did not see the rifle today.
