Suspicious person near home on South Eileen Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near South Eileen Avenue in Haubstadt for reports of a man who said his car had broken down. Callers reported that he appeared suspicious, walked up to a house, and did not seem to be trying to contact anyone for help.
